The focus of the Owen Sound hospital is on growth and complex care. The Owen Sound Hospital provided over 69, 263 days of inpatient care, performed 10, 591 day surgical procedures and scanned 9, 765 patients on the CT scanner last year. MRI service which began in August 2004 is estimated to serve over 4, 509 patients a year.
The North Bay & District Ambulance Service services the city of North Bay and surrounding area for a total population of approximately 65, 000 people and runs 15, 000 calls annually. The service operates with 27 full time paramedics, 15 part time paramedics, 1 Operations Supervisor, and 1 Ambulance Clerk, all under the direction of the EMS Manager. The service works within the operating guidelines set out by the Ambulance Act and all other governing legislation.

We are a not-for-profit organization committed to the re-greening of Ontario through tree planting efforts on rural lands and in urban areas.
