CANADIAN INSTITUTES OF HEALTH RESEARCH GROUP IN SENSORY-MOTOR INTEGRATION
ON, K7L 3N6 KINGSTON, QUEEN'S UNIVERSITY, ROOM 226, BOTTERELL HALL
Humans place a premium upon movement. Those who have outstanding skills in sport or dance become both rich and famous; those with movement handicaps are often stigmatized or excluded from normal societal pursuits. Understanding and treating disorders of movement is thus a high priority. This Group is founded on the principle that ameliorating or eliminating motor dysfunction can only be accomplished if we understand the neural mechanisms that coordinate the activity of multiple motor systems. To accomplish the goal, we have assembled a team of investigators with unique skills in a range of sensory-motor tasks.

Ionic technology means generating large quantities of Negative ions and very minimal quantity of Ozone (only as a by product). By nature, nearly all the harmful contents (like pet dander, allergens, bacteria, virus, algae, fungus, molds, dust, fumes, smoke, smelly particles etc) in the air are positively charged so what these negative ions do is that they attached themselves to these Positively charged particles, neutralize them by making them heavier and bulkier such that they won't cause any danger to your health. And since bad ions that computers and electric machine produces are positively charged, they are also treated and neutralized by health beneficial negative ions produced by the unit.
