Our school has a long tradition in educating young people. Our present building sits on the oldest site of a school location in this part of Ontario. In 1987 we celebrated the 150th Anniversary of the Byron Northview School site.

Beachville Public School is a Junior Kindergarten to Grade Eight school. Our student population consists of 111 students this year. Approximately one third are bused. Our school is located in the village of Beachville, a small rural community located 4.5 kilometres west of Woodstock and 4 kilometres east of Ingersoll. Beachville Public School was first built in 1913, since then has had two building projects that have added on three classrooms, washrooms, change rooms and a new gym.

A. E. Duffield School is located on the north side of Lambeth at 6820 Duffield Street and it is part of the Saunders Family of Schools. It was officially opened on December 10th, 1965. This year Duffield is under construction and the eastern section of the schoolyard is being prepared for 14 new classrooms, a new office area and a gymnasium. "Zorra" recognizes the township in which the school is situated. "Highland Park" is the area of the township. Both parts of the school name recognize the strong Scottish background of the area. Many of the families still living in the area are descendants of immigrants from the Scottish Highlands. Northbrae Public School is in Northeast London and was built in 1952. Originally, the school was called North Brae but this name was reworked shortly after the county land, where it was built, was annexed by the City of London. The school was built to replace two smaller one and two room schools named St. Lawrence and Merwin Heights. In March of 2001, the school was modernized to include a new office area, computer resource centre, library, washroom, storage and staff rooms.

Mountsfield school was established in 1940 in what is now referred to as London's, Old South. The school draws its students from boundaries that extend as far as Wharncliffe Rd in the West. Folklorama began in 1970 as a one time multicultural event to celebrate Manitoba's Centennial. It was so successful it has returned every year since then. In 1970, the festival was only 7 days long with 21 pavilions participating. Since then the festival has grown to two full weeks with 20-plus pavilions open in week 1 and a second set of 20 pavilions running in week 2. Westmount Public School is located in the southwest corner of London. The school opened in 1975 and serves an increasingly diverse population of approximately 650 students from JK to Grade 8. WCI dates back to 1843 when the parliament of Upper Canada voted to include a grammar school in Woodstock.
