Artengine is a non-profit, artist-run centre that fosters democratic and innovative approaches to electronic art and its evolving relationship with society. Incorporated as a non-profit artist-run centre in 1996, Artengine strives to promote accessibility of technological tools to the local and regional community. Artengine has always provided members, artists, and other centres access to services, shared knowledge, and technical assistance in the creation of artworks.
The Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG), Ottawa's designated municipal gallery, is an independent non-profit public art gallery committed to the acquisition, presentation, interpretation and dissemination of contemporary art for the benefit of the local arts community.
