ReFrame is the new name for an established film festival in Peterborough. We launched our new name during the 2009 festival. ReFrame is now a 100 per cent made-in-Peterborough program and takes place during the last full week in January each year. The former name of the festival was Traveling World Community Film Festival-Peterborough (TWCFF-P). TWCFF-P primarily presented a "package of films" the World Community Film Festival in Courtenay, B.C. kindly shared with us.
