Nova LaFrance"I was a smoker for over 20 years and struggled trying to quit, tried everything at least once nothing stuck...I decided to to not smoke the day of my treatment with Maria ...I had many symptoms of withdrawal tingling in my hands, feet and back, stomach flip flopping, I was on edge and irritated . I used a nicotine inhaler all morning with little help ... I left it in the car when I when for my appointment, after my treatment (about an hour) I noticed right away my irritation/anxiety level was much lower ...and to my delight since that day I have not smoked or used any nicotine aids... I still get the thought/craving of 'I should have a smoke', however this time instead of withdrawal symptoms or smoking my next thought is 'I don't smoke...so if I don't smoke I done need a cigarette' as time passes this thought process happens less and less A huge thank-you to Maria with Quantum Performance Management for make my life healthier and brighter 42 days nicotine free and counting."

Amanda Peek ViditoI had gone to therapy for two years in my late teens. All I gained from it was the knowledge that I had too much stress in my life and needed to find a way relax. I already knew that, hence to reasons for my visits and my subsequent lack of return. They were able to help me find out how I felt and why I had the stress in my life but couldn't help me make a lasting change to get rid of it. When a friend recommended me to Maria's website, I took a look and there were a lot of things that jumped out at me right away, things that had alluded me until now. Solutions, how to fix things so they stayed fixed, the first time. I was sold. After a total of four sessions with Maria we had conquered everything from dealing with stress, marriage counseling, self esteem, childhood issues, career motivation, weight loss, eating habits and even curing a phobia of dolls. I'm stunned at the sudden changes after each session. I just don't have those issue anymore, it just as if they were never there. I didn't even realize the full extent of the changes in me until my husband told me how overjoyed he was to see how happy I was. I am in the best physical and mental health I've been in for years, even my doctor is happy! Maria truly helped me to get my own life back. Her attitude is excellent and she doesn't hesitate to get down to the heart of the matter. I was always overweight and thanks to her I'm not concerned about my weight anymore. Since my sessions with Maria I have dropped over three dress sizes and am well on my way to reaching my goal. I have effective ways of avoiding stress and dealing with it if I can't. I even fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, something I used to envy others for. I recommend her for anyone who wants to make Real, lasting changes in there life!
