In 2006, he completed his term as Chair and Director of the Association of Canadian Travel Agents (ACTA). Michael remains a Director and is Past Chair of the ACTA Ontario Regional Council, is currently a Director and Past Chair of The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), a Director of the Canadian Corporate Travel Association (CCTA), a Member of the Vacation.com Canadian & International Advisory Boards and is the Past President of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) for Eastern Canada.
