I was passing through Didsbury on my way to visit my family in Sundre. I needed propane for the barbeque that we were having. I stopped in and was greeted by an extremely enthusiastic young man. He came out and filled my 20lb bottle and showed me inside. I got into a conversation with the young man. He had an unusual but fascinating name. After he rang me up on the till and said have a nice day. I left thinking if I was the Boss of Feegs Propane this young man should get quite the raise for his excellent customer service. I am not sure what all of the other people that have written bad comments on Feegs Propane are thinking and if they experianced different staff or what. All i can say about Feegs over all customer service was incredible and will be returning for all my propane, when of course i am in the area.

DEALING WITH FEEGS FOR YEARS WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THEY ACT LIKE WITHOUT THEM YOU WOULDN'T SURVIVE. THANK GOD WE MOVED AND NO LONGER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO STEP IN AND CORRECT THIS PROBLEM SEEING THAT SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO RELY ON PROPANE ON THEIR FARMS. NOW THAT I'M NO LONGER RELIANT ON THEM WILL BE FILING NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WITH TOWN OF DIDSBURY,MVC AND WHEREVER ELSE I CAN

This company - Feegs propane is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They offer the worst customer service I have ever run across. I have never done anything wrong with them... I have paid on time and everything..this is specific interaction I have had with them on the phone and in their service.. I cannot believe how they treat well paying customers..they are out and out irresponsible and act almost like a monopoly. Very very poor company
