Take in Vernon's panoramic rural landscape by day and it's soft twinkling lights in the distance by night.

For those who enjoy hiking , the trails that lead up to Vernon Mountain start very close by. You will be rewarded with spectacular vistas of valleys, lakes and gentle rolling hills. You will appreciate being away from the traffic, noise and the hustle and bustle of city life. All this, and just be ten minutes from town.
At A Bit of Country - Guest Suite and Farm, we know that pets are and extension of your family, that is why we have opened our doors to our guests with dogs. Our small "farming" endeavours are geared towards natural or organic methods.
