  • Can't get it Right the 1st time

    I paid $214 to have a drain cleared. 2 days later they had to come back to make it right, then 30 days later tried billing me for it again. Says they'll see me in court. Roots don't grow in 2 days. I told them the line is 100 ft. They packed the blockage so that the flush would work, but the washing machine didn't. The owner was on site the 1st attempt. They couldn't wait to get out of there. They Charged me $214 immediately and I paid. 2 days later it flooded again. So they sent a real plumber and he ran the snake for 100 feet, got the root and cleared the line. Didn't charge me and shouldn't have, that's a call-back. 30 days later they send an invoice to the house for another $214 for the 2nd visit. Don't use these guys. Even the employee (on the 2nd visit) says they don't know what they are doing. So I talked with the son owner andrew on the phone and he threatened me with court if I don't pay. I want to see them in court. They didn't clear the line the 1st day and they know it. Roots don't grow over night. They just prey on people expecting them to fork out twice for the job.     J'avais vu une robe sur le site web de Pronuptia et la photo ne donnait qu'une vue partielle de la robe, soit le corsage. Je suis donc allée dans cette boutique, pour savoir s'ils avaient la robe en question mais non, ils ne l'avaient pas. Et on me l'a fait savoir de façon TELLEMENT EFFRONTÉE, que j'ai presque fini par m'excuser d'avoir osé penser qu'ils avaient peut-être la robe en question. J'explique que j'aurais aimé voir d'autres photos de cette robe, alors la Dame-de-pique se met à chercher n'importe quoi n'importe comment dans des catalogues de 2010, alors que je lui répète qu'il s'agit de la collection "Bohème 2012". Je trouve moi-même la robe dans l'un de ses catalogues (un catalogue 2012) mais c'est la même photo que sur le site Web, sur laquelle on ne voit que la partie entre la taille et les épaules. Je le fais remarquer à la dame, comme pour "justifier" le fait que j'aie "osé" souhaiter en voir davantage. La Dame-de-Pique affirme haut et fort que le bas de la robe est comme ceci, de telle longueur, etc. Étonnée, je lui demande si elle a vue cette robe, manifestement, elle ne l'a pas vue. Alors de façon très exagérée, j'ai remercié de tout coeur la Dame-de-Pique-Effrontée-Pas-De-Rigueur de l'aide immense qu'elle m'avait apportée. NON MAIS C'EST QUOI SON PROBLÈME ?? ELLE NE VEUT PAS VENDRE ?? Avec une pareille face bête, des manières aussi cavalières et des critiques aussi négatives sur le WEB, ça m'étonne que cette boutique tienne encore la route.   • Assault

    I was assaulted by the owner, and old guy, named Tom, Jan 2012 - called his son Jeff before making a report. The old guy shoved me after I asked too many questions about the items. The son told me on the phone he believed me even though he wasn t there, he said he's done that to him too, so I skipped the report...went in the next day, then the son accused me of breaking something and that the assault didn't happen, yikes, like father like son - omg - he did broker a deal with me on something and the cops wouldn't do anything anyways as it was just a shove, but nonetheless it was an assault on a customer, unprovoked! - the son said his dad had brain surgery or had a stroke and acted out like that so customers beware.
